anw! today was a super awesome day for me. a day thats different from e rest. first of all, going to thank sean for giving me this uber rare opportunity to act in the govt funded short film. or else, i would not be able to experience and be exposed to such a different style of filming.
this time round was really really very different and super professional. they really had soundman holding the boomer to maximise e cast's voices. The cameraman who is controlling the movement of camera cos it has a roller at the bottom, so wide shots and close up view are much easier , and also trying to get focal point for every action. The director, who tells the cast what he expects at every shot, and his assistants who have to be there for him everytime.
i couldnt explain the feeling really well. the director's assitant is uber nice. offering to get u a drink every now and then. and helping with your attire and hairdo, offering to carry the stuff for u,making sure that u're feeling comfortable, offering to do a lot of things for u(too much to elaborate). the thing is im not used to such treatment . in a way, very attas feel. cos im seriously not some big shot yo .hmmm. just dont feel right. so for every help she offered, i would just nicely reject it and laugh it off cos i dont want her to treat me like im some u know. just yaa. haha i dont know how to say .
the thing is, maybe its cos TCP is making it really big. even the director also ermmm. how to say. he would just leave it for me to carry the role out. in terms of trust. he just trust me that i know what to do. but seriously the role is challenging. besides those tongue-twisting lines, 've to act bimbotic, and yet be sincere in everythign i said. super ironic. but in my mind i was telling myself must be more professional a bit,just do it! cannot throw TCP face , cannot throw sean face. like seriously. a big NO . and i think such thinking does work. ahhas. and during filming, the director will still tell me as to what he expects like must be more bimbotic, but yet very sincere . yeah i've to admit he's a nice director, cos my impression of directors are very fierce. haha. luckily he isn't.
soundman was also very nice. very encouraging. haha i like! cameraman on the otherhand. is a lil more perfectionist kind. yeah. and its seriously uber important for director and cameraman to work tgt. cos they need to discuss on very small details like the lil actions so that cameraman know what to expect when focusing on the actions.
this is one of the props they used. like u know, those ppl who say. ok sound speed, camera rolling, take 1, and .. action! ahhahah! this is the first time im hearing it live. uber cool. haha. theres also another prop. which they call the reflector. to give light to the face if its a lil dark. ahha really effective yo. so someone will be there holding the reflector to angle the light while camera is rolling. cool.

and theres lots of scene that requires sad expression. but the thing is before i could get myself ready, director say give me one sad face so that i can see from the camera. i was stunned for a moment though. ahhs but still quickly got into the depresssing mood. haha no cue one. ahhas/ luckily i didnt stun too long. if not it'd be uber funny. ahha.one scene took pretty long. close shot, wide shot, jiexi. applied all those stuff which tcp taught me. haha nice. so didnt really have much problem with that. and remembered what brian taught me about not being too exaggerated to get a shot done. i think its pretty impt to me during the filming as well cos, theres always a tendency to overact in a way.
ahhas and theres this fb scene. where they created an account for me(dont worry they did ask for permission to have my pic up) yeah. and i only saw those really bad comments about me just a few seconds before i've to take the shot and act really depress. but seriously, in my heart i really want to LOL big time. ahhas cos the comments they posted up really scolding me as a two timer and those really hurting comments for my character . ahhahhah! oh goodness gracious. could u sense the internal struggle in me . wantign to laugh out loud when i see those comments, and yet have to act really depressed upon seeing it for the character. LOL.
but well, filming was really awesome. really brought my interest for filming to a whole new level UPS! :D
anyway went to K . hahas. oops. from here onwards, gg to be another lzx spam. ahas. cos he's leaving today at 12pm. yeah didnt go down to send him off cos the feeling wouldnt be good. ahas. but at least i was singing msot of his songs to make it up. (:
and for his songs, i think i need to up 3 keys. if not too low for me. cant reach. ahha
also played LAN today! woots. not that i play it regularly. but just wanted to play L4D2. i've never tried playing L4D before. haha. was being complained that it was hellish cos my synchronization a bit fail. come on its my first time playing it with keyboard. irritating. aahhas but honestly, i did a lot of irritating stuff.
theres this map which we were supposed to pour the fuel into the car so that we can escape. we needed to collect 16. so first time, tactic was to grab the cans of fuel then throw it near the car. when all the fuel were collected, then pour everything in tgt. ahhas. so after collecting the fuel, we ran back to the car and started pouring the fuel into the car. LOL. but suddenly all the fuel disappear. cos apparently i think when i saw the zombie i kept shooting them, and i accidentally fired at the fuel and everything caught fire. ahas in the end, all 16 fuels disappeared and we;ve to redo the quest. OOPS. i really didnt mean to aim at the fuel and cause them to explode. cui.. ahhas took a few 10 mins to get all 16 fuels back. but well. tried many times. cos keep getting killed by the witches and zombies.
haha so failed. and then we did the quest again cos didnt want to give up. i did the quest so many times that i knew where all the fuels were located. ahhas joke yo. cos apparently my sense of direction pretty fail. yet i know how to find those fuels. this goes to show that we really fail this quest many times. haha.
ok here comes the irritaitng part i did again. ok this time i would just chiong to get the fuels while other players help me shoot the zombie and back me up.yeah. for the last one, yh went to find it. and managed to get. so we all were like yes! finally! can complete the task. but apparently, when he ran back with the fuel, and just right beside the car, got one monster came charging towards him. and of cos first reaction of mine is to shoot the monster right?
i mean u guys would also do that. but LOL. accidentally aimed at the fuel. SHUCKS! jialat. the fuel caught fire and disappear once again. and 4 of our lives were depleting. goodness gracious. i was like OOOOPPPPSS!!! we just needed to pour that last can of fuel in, and we would have conquered the quest. ahhas . but it seriously wasnt on purpose on my part. i was just trying to help. ahahs. in e end, i was asked to stay still at the car and dont move while he needs to run back to a far place to get another fuel to top up the car. LOL. yeah . lucky it was a success with our lives still intact. or else. i no need to go home already. ahha
ehh! but at leadt i got the gist of the game. so next time whoever wanna play can call me along (:
but the only downside was that feel giddy after playing it. haha

nothing much . just that queue was uber long. luckily managed to cut the friend of my friend's friend's sister who queued there since 12 pm. hahs. imagine myself reachign there at 4 plus after work. i would have been among those who were queue-ing at e 4th level while the actual starts from the 3rd level. haha'
and apparently, he took a total of more than 4.5 hours to finish signing all the albums, tgt with handshaking as well. yup right hand to sign, left hand to shake. and till 12 plus am he was still signing. goodness. this shows his popularity level is really high! awesome!
anw, been seeing him consecutively for 4 days. ahhas. and ranking these days. the closest contact was on thurs, the handshaking session then sunday(signing album plus handshake), friday(his rehearsal day) and then saturday(his actual concert). ahha how awesome is that! awwww!! but i think im abit mad. but he's really too good looking already luh. everytime he looked into ur eyes, the electrifying feeling is always there. ahhahaa. goodness.
but well, he is gg back. its time i come back to reality. haha. before my friends start complaining. haha
