MONDAY - 12O71O
back to work on a monday morning @ 8ooam. honestly, i really doubt if i could survive today. haha cos of this morning match. seriously, the finals was really boring . semi finals was much better . ah shoot! i lost during the finals. no goals at all. wa faints. boo! but nvm, ahhas just for fun of it. (: bought both 90th mins and overall worldcup champion. so overall still lose even though bet on spain. hahas
anw, totally hearts Casillas, the Spain goalkeeper. MELTS! He has been performing very well over the years, such as the 2002 FIFA WC. will never forget that save of his. his saves in Real Madrid and even in this WC . hahaha! his saves. and especially when he looks so serious and when he smiles . awwwwwwwww!!! (: double likes!
can he play for man united soon? so that i can shun bian support him tgt with the team. after all, Van Der Sar's age is catching up on him soon. i guess, i will propose that to Alex Feguson. ahhas. as if i know him. ahhahas.
anw, once Iniesta scored that only goal, so many mixed emotions. by looking at Holland's players reaction. waaa totally disappointed and agitated. seriously, if they did not recieve that one red card, maybe this game might have gone into penalties and the chance is still there. haii. really lo. Hollannd players were like injuring the Spain's player with most of their tackles. cui.
still, seeing robben's and van persie's expressions when they knew tht their chance of winning it is low, makes me really sad. hai. but upon seeing how elated the Spain players were, until they(spain players) cried, waaa i also feel like crying. its the glory that they achieved. goshh! GOOD JOB SPAIN!! OHYEAHH!!
honestly speaking, i think WC has brought the world a lil closer.
taking SG for example, there was once when i was watching holland vs brazil at MAC. u should have seen what happened yo. haha. super crowded. everyone was crowding around the tv area. many extra chairs were taken out by the manager for the customers. and due to the overwhelming number of ppl inside MAC, it didnt stop the rest from lining up outside of MAC just to catch a glimpse of the match. they took the chair and lined up orderly outside MAC. totally woahhh!! haha . lucky we got a seat inside althought the view wasnt that fantastic.
but! i guess, today will be e last day of intensive discussion on WC. awww!! i miss all the spamming on fb, smsing, and random predicting/trying of luck at which team will win. all those adrenaline rush when a goal was scored, all e penalities conceded. but well, guess WC is really over. ): honestly, this WC is ups. ahha totally unpredictable and of course we have our BELOVED PAUL, e octopus. haha. he is spot on in picking the winners for ALL MATCHES. ups. should have trusted him more. ahhas. as for MANI, e parrot, although she predicted wrongly for 2 matches, her value also ups already.

E irony is that we didnt order any chocolate related food item. hahas. just the main course. and seriously, from the time we sat down to e time that we left, we wre the only 5 customers. no one else. omg. business @ ILUMA is really bad.
the price was reasonable but i was sick of the mushroom taste. ahhas. had mushroom soup, and then mushroom pasta. faints! totally wrong combi. but the hot green tea is awesome! (:
super long since i patronised this stall. ordered almond paste, almond paste with tang yuan, black sesame and aloe vera respectively. ehh. and as usual, the standard still as ups! haha.
and had a rather long chat throughout the night. love you all! (:
SUNDAY - 110710
work. new exam pieces for piano is out! for the 2011-2012 syllabus. honestly, be it Aural test, or the Exam piece, its much simpler than the past. lucky kids yo. yeah. the Aural syllabus has changed.
anw, let my 6 year old student choose e songs to prepare for exams next year. yeah. she's Valerie, the one who completed her beginner course in a record of 7 months. awesome. and the whole books of Scales(for exams), she only took 2 weeks. although she has the luxury of 9 months to learn it. haha i love her yo! ttm!
anyway, she has to choose one song each from section A, B, C respectively. and for on the grade 1 songs, it has 6 key signatures. faints! even in the higher grades i also didnt see so many luh. but the song is nice. so after playing it for her, she chose that. i admire her willingness to take the challenge up. (: ehh, but no joke yo. now must think how to teach her this song. haha faint. shall update her progress again.
yup. then after that went down to Bugis to help relieve a tuition class. all the students were from China, and im supposed to be the examiner for their O level Oral test. its a mock exams. yeah. tgt with a new friend of mine. sihui. nono that sihui, but another sihui. ahhas.
she shocked me by saying this after i asked for her name, 'u dont know me?' then i was like ummm, am i supposed to know u. omgg. could it be cos of my STM? faint. i was totally embarrassed. but then realiased that she also from SIM. came to know that andy and kenny are our mutual friends. yeah she just graudated from RMIT. awesome. haha . got along quite well, but it didnt last cos the students were coming in.
haha honestly, i think we were more nervous than them haha. cos after all its our first time being an examiner, having the score sheet . gosh.
they were super polite. saying like, may i come in, may i sit down, may i begin. hahas. and as examiners, theres always a 50% chance of getting a good examiner and a fierce one. haha. and it was decided upon them that sihui has the potential to be the fierce one.then 'm the nice one. but honestly, not easy being the extreme nice/fierce.
fierce one, would be the impatient sort, and the nice one is the one who helped them by prompting questions when they start to uhhh or sth. yeah.
yup. the atmosphere really quite tense. but their pronunciation and clarity of words , hmm they really need to work harder. yup i like the conversational topic. theres this question posted to them. 'Describe and incident or a person who has changed your life?' theres this student whcih touched my heart most yo. he suddenly became v solemn and talk about his mum. how hard life was and how he managed to change as a person. of course, when i was a student, i'd cooked up a story if i;ve nth interesting to tell e examiner. but for his, i couldnt differentiate if its real or fake , cos the way he expresses himself was so awesome. yeah.
but there were some who couldnt hold a convo well enough. i ask them one rather ambiguous question but they only answer me one sentence kind. hmmm. and some couldnt understand the terms of the questions posted on the actual question. so quite worrying. hopefully these China students can at least pass for their O levels Oral next week, cos can sense their determination from them . OMG. i just realised, means my brother also taking it soon. faints.
okay anw, being an examiner , assessing the students really fun. i totally could experience how afraid they were and everything. hai. those were the days.
ok. then went tamp. and then home ! slept only at 1.30am the next day although watching match.
SATURDAY - 100710
work! & LZX IS HERE IN SG TODAY! ughh. but didnt go cos got camp stuff to settle. but well, its worth e time and trip to go shop for camp stuff.
met bon, km and haoyi and went over to IMM cos thats the nearest biggest shopping mall to Ulu Pandan(SIM hostel which the camp is held at) yup.
had lunch @ STREETS. out first dining experience. pretty nice eh. not bad.
stone pot rice! wooots nice!! but serving too big. and kind of boring after finishing about half the pot. yeahh. better to share this. hahas. nice!
look @ D21. is it a typo? or is there really such thing as Iced GLASS Jelly? lols. how taste GLASS jelly taste like? hmmm.
yeah. then we collated the list of items to look out for , esp the price. then proceeded to Giant to look for them. ahhas. budget shopping. took pictures of the product and the price . for further reference on that day itself. then went to DAISO! HAHAHA. SO DEAD. once we were there we had lots of nonsense ideas. hahas.
ohya forget to share. that day when we were briefing the rest of the excos about the game plan/schedules hahas. some of them seem rather afraid of the games thats being played. hahas. but they reckoned that its gg to be a fun one! wootss!! happy happy! ahahs. a step to success. the confidence in us. hehe. and with further ideas at DAISO, hmmmm, hahah!!! but wont set such high aims first, in case anything goes wrong. anw, went over to Clarke Quay to attend an event which some of e individual local bands are performing. its like a pub, called HomeClub. i like e atmosphere there. cosy kind. and all the people were there for one cause. to support local bands. honestly speaking i've exposed myself to such performances before.
yeah perhaps during secondary school, josiah, yuyi, melissam dickson zhengyao and myself formed a badn ourselves to perform in school. i TOTALLY miss that moment in time. i love the sound of the drum, the electric guitar and almost everything that a band can produce. awww!! ):
i still remembered that we sang superman-five for fighting. and then graduation, friends forever song. awwww!!! ): all these memories started filling up my mind when i entered HomeClub.
there were some bands which really make me shiver . totally love the voice. and esp together with the best of the drum, totlaly melts!! OMG. does anyone know any drummer?? gosh. i think drummers are so cool yo!! MELTS.
oh and one band.

the sound combination, and the vocalist. GODLY. the moment she opens her mouth, we fell love with her already. it was a simlutaneous shocking reaction from all of us, yes THEY'RE THAT GOOD!! (: im gg to stalk them already. LGF band. im so gg to their next performance . so so going!! yeah. they also have many EPs for s0me taiwan drams and local production. how awesome is that. (: (: no regrets gg to this individual local band thingy. u guys should expose yourself to them too!didnt join them for supper. too tired already. but off to home i went. heh. and GERMANY won URUGUAY. good job good job. super exciting. cos initially it germany was leading, then draw with Uruguay. then Uruguay lead them by one goal. then draw again. and finally at the 8oth min, they won! LOL!! I LIKE. scary yo. ahahah (: nice. but uruguay goal was really ups. watch the highlight if u missed the match. (:
FRIDAY - 090710
OGIF. OH GOSH ITS FRIDAY. anticipated work will be from 8am-9pm. want to laugh at me right? haha go ahead. cos i feel like laughing at myself also. LOL!
anw, rmb i said the my bosses all bet differently for the Germany vs Spain match? theres bet for Germany, draw and Spain respectively hahas. and the boss who betted for Spain, she was super happy when we told her that Spain has won. ahas after all its her first time betting. so immediately , she went out of office to claim her prize money. and shortly after she came back with a confused face. then they asked her what happened. then she said she didn tknow cos the SG pools didnt allow her to collect her money.
in my mind, i was like kind of confused. i thought can collect immediately after the match ended. then they asked to see her ticket. LOL OMGGG. WE LAUGHED UBER LOUD. HAHAS. she bet wrongly. she bet for a draw instead when she actually wanted to bet for SPAIN. omg!!! trust me. the whole office was roaring with laughter. omgg. feel sad for her also luh. but just too amusing. cos so lucky that she won and for a couple of days, she kept insisting and arguing with the other department bosses that SPAIN will win. by right, she'd have been v proud of supporting them throughout, but because of this mistake. omgggg!!! ahhahas. funny luh. so in end, all three bosses didnt win anything on their first bet. faints.
okay. then left. and time for piano! nth much interesting happened during lesson time.
